Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales made on Astro Boy Reimagined are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind: We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase. Once the payment has been processed, the sale is final.
  • Incorrect product selection: Please ensure that the correct product is selected before completing your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect product selection.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently only ship to the following regions: United States (all 50 States)

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or offering credit where applicable. Please note that this does not apply to issues caused by misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear.
